For properties which require a more detailed type of documentation, (e.g. hotels, restaurants, factories, etc.) we use the Module 1 net price and then charge € 10.00 for each further photograph (includes internet presentation and CD-ROM).

Floor plans and site plans (provided by you) will be scanned in and charged for as photographs.

Travel Costs (€ 0,49 per km) and 50% of the total fee
will be payable on delivery of the CD-ROM.

The balance will be payable eight days after the property is released for marketing.

These terms apply to:
Apartments, Villas, Townhouses.

Special conditions apply to Commercial Properties and Plots.

you might like to note that:
on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays we will be working from our Almancil base
